Nellcôte

I've obviously been on a Stones kick lately. They recorded their masterpiece album Exile on Main Street in '72 in the south of France at a  villa named Nellcôte. I just watched the first half of the new documentary, Stone in Exile, about the recording of that album. I have always wondered about what life might have been like in that house. I can only imagine the indulgent rocknroll glamour of it all. I always love to look at pictures taken of them in the house. What an inspiring place to live.
